My motivation is to make the impossible possible. “Impossible” is not an option. I see challenges as opportunities. I have realized projects on all continents. So my imaginary backpack contains a great deal of experience – and the knowledge of how important composure is. Or to put it in Freud’s words: “The voice of the intellect is a soft one, but it does not rest until it has gained a hearing.”
