As a passionate hostess and cook, I spoil our customers, guests and the Quant team with culinary delights from the in-house kitchen. I also take care of the maintenance and cleanliness of the Quant House. One of my specialties is the preparation of our own Bündner nut cake. With an Arabic twist, of course. Connoisseurs say that the secret lies in the filling.
