Strategic positioning within the luxury hotel segment
Today, the Matterhorn Group is one of the region’s largest employers and employs around 300 people in the winter. The hotels and restaurants of the Matterhorn Group are located in the most beautiful spots in and around Zermatt – ranging from 1,600 to 3,800 metres above sea level. The Matterhorn Group has identified a need for action within its marketing and sales activities in the medium and long term. The aim is to create a marketing strategy for the Matterhorn Group’s three hotels in particular (Zermatterhof, Riffelberg, Gornergrat) and subsequently develop appropriate concept and implementation measures to achieve the strategy’s objectives.
Scope of services
Evaluation and development of a comprehensive positioning and marketing strategy for the hotels of the Matterhorn Group. Organisation and implementation of the overall programme as a subcontractor.
