Starting in 2025, Quant will offer its first apprenticeship position for mediamaticians. We firmly believe that training young people is an investment in their future and ours. In a time of skilled labour shortages, we are doing our part by training young talent directly in-house. These junior employees not only acquire the necessary specialist knowledge, but also immerse themselves deeply in our corporate culture and internalise our values and visions.
The training is carried out in cooperation with our local partner Faeh & Faeh. As a single company, it would have been difficult to cover the full scope of training for a mediamatician. However, in cooperation with Faeh & Faeh, it is possible to offer a comprehensive range of services. In this way, we promote the exchange of knowledge and resources and strengthen both companies. At the same time, the attractiveness of the training position increases, as the trainees gain insights into two different SMEs.

Faeh & Faeh is a film production company that creates videos for businesses. They focus on employer branding, consulting, social video content, food and recruiting videos. Their goal is to produce content that is tailored precisely to the target audience.
In collaboration with Quant, Faeh & Faeh offers insights into film production and digital communication. You will not only learn theory, but also work on real projects and witness the process of creating videos. This allows you to combine theory and practice and get straight into the action.
Quant does not stand still. We are ready to actively shape the future and accompany the next generation of skilled workers on their journey. Our goal is to quickly make our trainees independent and prepare them to work independently on projects and develop solutions. The trainers at Quant act as coaches who support the trainees so that they can learn in an application-oriented manner and put their knowledge into practice.
