Daniel F. Lauber, successful hotelier and owner of the “Cervo Mountain Resort”, is planning the further development of his resort. In particular, he intends to expand the hospitality experience (for guests) as well as the basic infrastructure, including staff accommodation and resort logistics. In addition, new jobs and new living space are to be created. All of this is to take place at the gateway to Zermatt, in Täsch.
The idea: An innovative concept is to be made possible under the name “Rifugio by CERVO”: A hub that unites the specified themes under one roof and forms the start of the overall “CERVO” experience. The vision is obvious – in future, the stay at CERVO and in Zermatt will begin in Täsch. The complex also acts as a logistical hub for CERVO and its partners – in line with the CERVO philosophy and strategy.
With the acquisition of the Hotel Walliserhof and neighboring plots in Täsch, Lauber has sent a clear signal of his commitment to the region. He is convinced of Täsch’s potential and is determined to fully develop it with the “Rifugio by CERVO”.
In order to transform the present idea, the Rifugio by CERVO, into a successful, profitable and approvable project, comprehensive clarifications and details in the relevant key areas are required. Quant is supporting the project and is developing a strategic roadmap on behalf of Daniel F. Lauber. The foundations for the business plan are drawn up in a co-creation process in close collaboration with the defined project group and the owners.
