Welcome – On 1 August 2025, Davina Paterlini began her training as a media specialist EFZ with us in Flims. This is a new start not only for Davina, but also for Quant, as this is the first time we have ever offered a media specialist apprenticeship.
The 16-year-old comes from beautiful Lenzerheide and brings not only a breath of fresh air, but also double the family power – she has a twin brother. Right from the start, she impressed us with her open, interested and warm manner – a real asset to our corporate culture.
As a management consultancy and innovation workshop, we are particularly pleased to accompany young talents like Davina on their career path. The job description of a mediamatician EFZ combines creativity, technology and business – a perfect combination that fits in perfectly with our diverse everyday work. During her four-year training, Davina will gain exciting insights into advertising development, multimedia production, marketing, graphic design and project management – and will be able to further develop both her professional and social strengths.
I am delighted to be able to deepen my passion for design and visual creation, as well as my interest in digital media production and content creation, as part of my training as a mediamatician. I am also enthusiastic about the agile collaboration with the team and the diversity of Quant’s project
We are particularly pleased to be able to offer this apprenticeship in close partnership with the film production company faeh+faeh. Together, we will be designing a new training model for mediamaticians EFZ in Flims for the first time, starting in summer 2025 – practical, versatile and interdisciplinary. Davina is our first apprentice to benefit from this enriching collaboration, which offers insights into consulting, innovation and professional film production.
