What began as a fixed idea quickly turned into enthusiasm throughout the entire team. For a few weeks now, we have been challenging ourselves – culinarily speaking, of course – with the Quant Cooking Challenge.
Inspired by Pascal Schmutz and his regional delicacies, the team now prepares our weekly team lunch themselves. Without a lot of frills, but with all the more passion for cooking.
And in between, when the team needs a break from cooking, Hanna from Bakedicakedi supports us in the Quant Kitchen and takes care of our physical well-being. Whenever the opportunity arises, we take the chance to look over the shoulders of the kitchen professionals as they work.
Cooking, baking and stirring are done in teams of two. Most of the dishes are vegetarian, with meat only rarely featured. But all dishes are homemade, seasonal and prepared with love. Simply delicious.
