The aim is to develop an overall experience «Axenstein» that shapes the positioning of the destination with regards to the activation of the natural environment and will offer guests and locals a differentiated range of activities and experiences in the future.

The aim of this holistic and sustainable development process will be to transform the perimeter into a project that will enable the long-term and resource-saving realisation of the «Axenstein» experience. Both for the people and guests who will be working there in the future and for the region as a whole. A near-natural, profitable and future-oriented hospitality offer including retail and gastronomy should be created.

Analysis and basic research for the sustainable development of the hotel zone “Axenstein”, development of a utilization concept for a hotel facility or a hotel-related utilization taking into account the relevant megatrends of the leisure and travel industry.
