Hotel Arnica, Hospitality Coaching

The Hotel Arnica in Scuol has been successfully run by the Zogg family since it opened over 20 years ago.

The architecture, positioning and focus on a small guest segment (adults only) make the Hotel Arnica unique and not easy to copy. The hotel needs support in the areas of gastronomy, marketing and communication in order to continue to position itself successfully on the market in the future.

Scope of work

Phase 1: Analysis and master planning for the future development of the hotel, support in the further development of the positioning and reorganization. Sparring partner and initiator for the development of a new gastronomy concept.

Phase 2: Coaching of the hotel management and the management team, reorganization & leadership, initiation of the New Work transformation process and implementation in the organization.
