On Wednesday, 29 October 2025, Quant hosted the third workshop of the ‘graubünden nachhaltig’ programme. In an inspiring atmosphere, committed representatives from business, society and administration met to discuss sustainable development in Graubünden and plan concrete steps.
Success – a term with many facets
The morning focused on the question: What does success mean in the context of ‘graubünden nachhaltig’? An open workshop explored different perspectives – from visible project results and successful collaboration to cultural change. The participants agreed: Sustainability is not a state, but a shared process that begins when people engage in dialogue and courageously move forward.
Three topics – many ideas
- Regional economy: Here, prioritised ideas were fleshed out and next steps defined. The aim is to strengthen regional value creation and establish new partnerships.
- Employers of the future: The newly formed group discussed challenges and opportunities for sustainable working models. Topics such as skills shortages, meaning orientation and new leadership approaches were the focus.
- Mobility: The group developed positions and possible project approaches for sustainable mobility development in the region.
Joint action requires structure
The workshop clearly demonstrated how important clear direction and structured cooperation are in order to turn good intentions into real results. With the ‘Compass’ as a shared value proposition and a new tracking system, progress will be measurable and transparent in future.
Hosts with attitude
For Quant, the workshop was not just an event, but an expression of active partnership. As part of the ‘graubünden nachhaltig’ (sustainable Graubünden) programme, the company is actively committed to concrete sustainability measures – from digital resource conservation to the promotion of regional products and, of course, new working environments.
