Rheinwald Resort

The Board of Directors of Rheinwald Resort AG has the idea of developing a resort with a lighthouse character for Splügen on a selected plot of land in Rheinwald. This is to be developed in particular to strengthen the Tambo mountain railroads and to enhance the entire Rheinwald area. The work is based on the architectural plans already drawn up by “Herzog and de Meuron”.

Extensive clarifications in the relevant key areas are required as part of the operational and business planning process in order to transform the existing ideas surrounding the lighthouse project Resort Rheinwald into a marketable and approvable project.

Scope of work
In the first phase, Quant is developing the strategic roadmap and business planning as well as detailed operational planning for the future Rheinwald Serviced Apartment Resort in Splügen.

The idea is to develop a resort with a lighthouse character for Splügen on the basis of the plots presented, in particular to strengthen the Tambo mountain railroads and the entire Rheinwald area. The work is based on the architectural plans already drawn up by the renowned architectural firm “Herzog und de Meuron” from Basel.

The main tasks in the second phase are the optimization and further development of the architecture and operation, securing financing, targeted stakeholder management and project management. The project is being developed in close cooperation with the municipality, mountain railroads and the client’s representative.

Objective
The existing ideas relating to the Rheinwald resort are to be transformed into a marketable and approvable project and approval is to be obtained.
