As our new consultant (we call her Jenni), she has been jointly responsible for the development and implementation of our projects since last month. Her focus is on the hospitality sector. She uses her creativity and operational experience to develop unique hospitality experiences.
To mark the start of her new role, we asked Jenni:
- What are you most looking forward to in your new job?
The change of perspective! My experience in tourism and hospitality is based on various operational levels. Now I am looking forward to deepening my knowledge at an analytical, strategic and management level and also to immersing myself in new business areas. - What is particularly important to you in your work?
For me, the focus is always on people – in all their facets. That’s why I am committed to sustainable and future-oriented experiences that promote diversity and inspire new generations. - From Bern to Graubünden: you have just moved to the region for your new job. What was the main reason for taking this step?
Quant’s projects are varied and diverse, which I find very exciting. Everyone in the team works with a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative. That’s what drives me too. Apart from that, Quant offers a 4-day week as an employer, which gives me a lot of flexibility and leaves me enough time and space for my personal work-life harmony.
